What is United Unique?

A group of diverse coaches and trainers from all walks of life (hence “unique”) who share the same mission in life (hence “united”) – which is to make a difference!

Though our backgrounds , interests and skills are varied, we have all seen and experienced the  power of coaching and the truly amazing results that can be achieved by using the tools associated with this approach.

Case Study

On meeting client A, it was apparent she had issues around self confidence which were holding her back in work.  She discussed how her boss wasn’t supporting her and other factors which were getting in the way of any promotion.  She felt helpless.  Through coaching, she soon realised there were many things she could be doing to feel more proactive and was encouraged to begin ‘acting as if’ she were already in a higher position and by the end of process, she was.  

“The coaching process was an amazing journey.  I have learnt so much about myself and discovered things i didn’t know or wasn’t aware of before.  I started coaching at a time when I was really unhappy, most of which came from my job.  So I was looking to find out what type of jobs suit my qualification and personality.  But just after the first few sessions, it turned out not to be my job but just about myself and it was great to have someone whose ‘duty’ it is to listen to you and give constructive criticism and analysis.”
